Update on the Leasing and Rent Up Process

February 19, 2021 — There has been a delay in the construction process, and as a result the lease up time for processing applicants for housing has been delayed. We anticipate that we will be able to communicate a new time frame to all applicants by the end of April 2021. Applicants selected in the lottery will keep the ranked position they were assigned, and top ranked applicants will be contacted when the leasing process begins again.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at: or by calling 617-209-5434 or MA Relay #711.

Information will be updated here at as it becomes available.
Thank you for your interest in Elizabeth Stone House.
